The Golden Standard
Nestled between three mountain ranges in the East Kootenay's Columbia Valley, where the Columbia and Kicking Horse Rivers meet, lies the community of Golden. In this beautiful rural area of British Columbia, Scott and partner Nadja started StoneGrove - a cannabis producer that holds itself and its products to a higher standard - the Golden Standard.
Our Story
We're dedicated to cannabis cultivation and culture
StoneGrove became British Columbia’s 22nd licensed micro cannabis cultivator in the fall of 2020. We're a smaller operation run by two driven partners - Scott Rutledge and Nadja Mulik.
With over 25 years of dedication to cannabis cultivation and culture, we know we have something both different and special to offer to the Canadian cannabis market.

StoneGrove is a dedicated team of two. We started our company in order to provide a quality life for our loved ones and to showcase what we can do with the cannabis plant. We may be small, but our ambitions are big.
Scott Rutledge
Owner, Master Grower
Scott’s been involved in the cannabis industry in one way or another for as long as he can remember. He has been growing since 1995 and grown through the ACMPR program for over a decade. For Scott, a high-quality product will always trump high volume. Growing quality consistent cannabis is an art and a successful harvest requires careful planning, patience, and attention to detail. As a farmer he follows his own advice - keep it simple and don’t try to reinvent the wheel.
Nadja Mulik
Owner, Operator
Nadja is the glue that holds StoneGrove together, and our true secret weapon. With a background in accounting, sales, marketing and customer service her attention to detail is unparalleled. She manages all day-to-day operations of StoneGrove, including CRA & Health Canada reporting, bookkeeping, and brand development - simply put she makes certain the business runs smoothly.
